Fresh & Easy Rainbow Quinoa Salad Summertime is the season of backyard BBQs and get-togethers. The dish that I usually bring along to these events is my Rainbow Quinoa Salad. Dips are a staple in our house. Jackson (my toddler) is obsessed with them - hummus, guacamole, cashew cheese, and especially this Herbed White Bean Dip. It's perfect for snacking or spreading on your favourite wraps. I love that it's FULL of protein, fibre, and iron. Healthy + delicious.
